Parafungal Cleanse

Jatoba (bark) Jatoba contains terpene and phenolic chemicals which are responsible for protecting the tree from fungi in the rainforest. In fact, the jatobá tree is one of the few trees in the rainforest that sports a completely clean trunk bark, without any of the usual mold and fungus found on many other trees in this wet and humid environment. These antifungal terpenes and phenolics have been documented in several studies over the years and the antifungal activity of jatobá is attributed to these chemicals and for many fungal and yeast problems such as candida, athlete's foot, yeast infections and stubborn nail fungus. It is a wonderful, helpful natural remedy from an important and ancient rainforest resource.

Pau d'Arco (bark) Pau d’arco is a primary antibiotic, anti-viral, anti-parasitic and antifungal herb. Pau d’arco is a primary agent for immune enhancement and overcoming opportunistic diseases, such as Candida albicans yeast overgrowth. Pau d’arco is an effective blood purifier against many toxic blood conditions, such as dermatitis and psoriasis. It is also effective in the treatment of intestinal parasites, most fungal diseases, for digestive improvement and gastric and stomach ulcers.

Anamu (whole herb) Anamu has been documented with antitrypanosomal and antiprotozoal activity in laboratory studies. Anamu's antifungal properties were documented by one research group in 1991, and again by a separate research group in 2001. Its antimicrobial activity was further demonstrated by researchers from Guatemala and Austria who, in separate studies in 1998, confirmed its activity in vitro and in vivo studies against several strains of protozoa, bacteria, and fungi. Brazilian Peppertree (bark or fruit) Most contemporary uses of Brazilian pepper tree are focused on its activity against harmful organisms. Several studies have confirmed Brazilian pepper tree to be toxic against Staphylococcus. Several inquiries have been made into Brazilian pepper tree’s effect on fighting candida and it has repeatedly been shown to impair the growth and proliferation of candida albicans by inhibiting fungal cell wall formation.

Amargo (bark) Amargo has been used as an insecticide by natives in the tropical region of the rainforest of the Amazon and in traditional medicine its uses includes remedies for infestations of lice or worms. Amargo as an herb has also demonstrated antilarval properties.

Fedegoso (whole herb)  In clinical research, Fedegoso leaves have demonstrated in vitro antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic, insecticidal, and antimalarial properties.

Epazote (whole herb) Epazote has traditionally been used as a cure for intestinal parasites. This is reflected in some of the names that have been given to the plant, such as wormseed. Many groups of indigenous people in the Americas have used epazote as an herbal remedy, particularly as a cure for intestinal worms. In the Yucatan, epazote has been traditionally used to get rid of worms, and to treat chorea, asthma and excessive mucus production. In the Amazon, the Tikuna Indians have used epazote to treat worms. In South America, the Kofan and Siona Indians have used epazote to kill parasitic worms. The Creoles have used epazote to treat worms. In Piura, Peru, people have used an epazote leaf decoction to treat intestinal gas, worms and parasites.

Graviola (leaves, fruit, seeds, bark, roots) Graviola is a major component used in our formula because of the amazing results for purging parasites.
